Chari Karinshak

I became a licensed real estate professional in 2007 after enjoying a successful career in sales and operating my own small business. Although I grew up on a farm in Georgia, I consider the South Carolina Lowcountry to be HOME.

I met my husband, David, while attending the University of South Carolina. We moved to Charleston in 1993 and were married in 1995. We couldn't have imagined a better place to live and raise our 3 children.

I am committed to my profession and give 100% to all my clients. I feel my professionalism and southern demeanor quickly build trust and put my clients at ease so they can focus on their real estate goals. I advocate with determination during the entire process and am always there after the transaction is over.
