Charis' interests do not fall too far from the Real Estate tree. Besides being an avid, multi-state investor, she is also a top 1% Airbnb super-host who welcomes guests from all over the world. Her joys include travelling to the places they hail from, reading about the places she is yet to go, and eating her way through it all.

Like a true millennial, she will readily recommend restaurants down to the menu item, Netflix shows down to the episode, and books down to the quote. The greatest joy is the one that is shared which is why she joined the Home Hunters Chicago team in the first place; because success is much more fun when it is shared.
