Charisma Bythwood is a professional licensed real estate agent who sincerely loves to help people. When she moved to Jacksonville over 20 years ago as a newlywed, she and her husband rented a cute little one-bedroom apartment. They continued as renters for a number of years, and as their family grew, the desire to have their "own" home increased.
