Charisma is awesome! From start to finish, she walked us through the home buying experience. We found an amazing home in a crazy market thanks to her. We had a ton of questions and she's always quick to respond. We also sold our old house with her. Again, absolutely amazing customer service. You can tell she really cares about her clients. Charisma Ware is fantastic to work with. She has a great grasp of the market and what sells. We were so happy to have her represent us and help us sell our home. She made sure we understood every step and was there with us through the whole process. Her hands on approach helped to have our house sold quickly. She listened to our needs and worked with us. Eight years ago, we had the wonderful opportunity to work with Charisma to buy our first home; so when we were ready to sell, we had no doubt in our minds that we wanted to work with her again. Charisma was caring, thoughtful and always very professional and knowledgeable in her work. She would go above and beyond in making sure that we didn't have any concerns with the process. She gave us suggestions on renovations we could make to increase the value of our home and because of that, we received multiple offers and sold our home within 3 days of listing. If I could give Charisma 10 stars I would! She is both the best realtor you could hope for and a great a person to work with. She is an excellent communicator, knowledgable about the housing market, always advising and looking out for her clients interest, very professional and at the same time friendly and kind. When we met Charisma we had just relocated from Europe with two little children, completely new to Loudoun county and therefore had no idea where we wanted to focus our house search.Charisma was very patient with our initial indecision and made sure we understood the pros and cons of each neighborhood we visited. Once we settled on a house, she made the whole process as stress free and enjoyable as possible. I would absolutely recommend Charisma and hope that I get to work with her again in the future.

Charisma is absolutely worth the exception to not writing reviews. Our first-time-home-buying experience with Charisma started almost 2 years before the actual purchase. During that time, we met regularly where she patiently described what to expect in this process and introduce us to her team, including Carleton Chambers of Prosperity Home Mortgage, who himself deserves our second exception in writing (positive) reviews. Once we were ready, it was obvious Charisma had thoroughly analyzed our wants and needs, showing us homes that matched them, and advising us during negotiation periods on when to push or when to leave the table, which ultimately led us to buying our beautiful new home at an amazing price. Her dedication to helping us had us wondering if she ever slept, and we were on the phone with her even at 10pm on New Years Eve to finalize the offer on what is now our home.

We have personally referred Charisma to family and various friends -- in fact, a family member just bought their home with Charisma and they were very grateful for the reference. 5 stars is definitely not enough! We love Charisma, and you will too!
