Charisma built a solid foundation of clients in both the corporate and entertainment industries. She prides herself in seamlessly guiding clients through the buying and selling process, making every transaction a smooth and positive experience. The buying and selling of one’s home is a major decision. It is equally important to ensure her clients recognize the value of a home as an investment while creating generational wealth.

Prior to getting her license in 2000, Charisma worked in the banking industry as a business analyst and project manager. Working on multi-million-dollar projects gave her the opportunity to hone her negotiation skills and consistently deliver business results. An elevated level of expertise helped her to continue a winning record of accomplishment in strategic selling, negotiating win-win deals, critical analysis, and organization.

Since then, she has loved watching the city grow and develop into the charming and thriving metropolitan city it is today. It is because of her love for Charlotte that she decided to become a real estate broker and advisor. In addition to holding a real estate license in North and South Carolina, Charisma is also a licensed general contractor in North Carolina. Charisma works with major renovations of homes in each phase from beginning to end. Being a general contractor allows her to take a hands-on approach to developing, modifying, or remodeling older homes. It also enables her to have a keen eye for interior and exterior design. She believes in continually upgrading her education and knowledge and being active in her community.
