Charla has been a real blessing at a pivotal time in my life. She went to bat for me on multiple occasions with a protective-like attitude. I really liked that she did not try to sway my decisions at all. Even if the house we were touring was awful, she kept her poker face on, not showing any judgment. She is responsive, proactive, and flexible. If you want to work with someone you can trust, I highly recommend Charla!

Great experience with Charla she explained everything to us in detail and answered all of our questions we had. She made first time land buying for us very comfortable because we did not know alot of the issues that would come up along the way.
