Hi. My name is Gary Constantine & for the past couple of years Jennifer Anderson has been the Property Manager for my rental home in Marana. This is letter of compliment to her, which she really deserves. Unfortunately for me, I, like many other people purchased homes prior to the recession, & have had to deal with the issues associated with it. Although I tried not to complain to much, I know I did. Jennifer is a very good listener. She was always calm & compassionate. She always returned phone calls. Anyway, I am well aware that sometimes it's not easy to deal with the public, who get downright nasty & take it out with the wrong people. Jennifer's personality is wonderful & no matter what the situation was that I was dealing with, she dealt with it in a most professional way. My wife and I have utilized Charlene 5-6 times over our 35 year marriage and have been extremely pleased with her work ethics, work product, and her personal interaction with all those that she comes into contact with. She has always associated herself with a supporting group that help to facilitate the real estate transaction like the escrow company. I would highly recommend Charlene to anyone looking for a home to buy, or sale. She has excellent rapport with other agents outside of her home office that have also helped locate homes outside of Tucson.
