Our family truly feels like we walked away with a couple of new friends…….. who just so happened to help us sell our home!

As "online, real-estate brokerage/research" firms become more prevalent, some, including myself, have considered the value of the traditional real estate firm. The VALUE that the Where Group provided to my family during the sale of our home was unquestionable and unmatched. Kristina and Charlene are leaders and listeners. Their leadership is illustrated through their market knowledge (location, market pricing and process) as well as strategy on go-to-market for sellers. Their listening allows for the buyer/seller to feel comfort and trust that the Where Group prioritizes others above themselves.

In our case, The Where Group sold our home, in the peculiar situation that my family has already moved 5 hours away. Kristina and Charlene worked directly with our family on helping with updates that a buyer would require. (they orchestrated the updates and any redecorating themselves!) Perhaps, most importantly they did it with confidence and fun!
