Charlene Micciche is excited to help buyers and sellers in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and the surrounding areas of Florida. Originally from Pennsylvania, Charlene and her husband moved to Florida in 2020 after living part-time in Cape Coral since 2014. Once their children were settled in their careers, they decided to plant roots in sunny Florida, which they now proudly call home.
With 20 years of experience in real estate, Charlene has worked in various roles, including residential real estate, new construction sales, loan origination, and business development for a title company. Most recently, she was the sales manager for a real estate investment company, focusing on rental properties, property flipping, and wholesale operations. Charlene has worked with both million-dollar homes and distressed properties.
Outside of real estate, Charlene and her husband are avid boaters who love the warmth and water, making Cape Coral the perfect fit for them. Charlene is proud of her daughter, a practicing physician’s assistant in Pennsylvania. In addition to real estate and boating, Charlene has spent many years as a trainer, nutritionist, and fitness competitor. She is also passionate about giving back and has participated in fundraising campaigns, including the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s “Man and Woman of the Year,” where she and her team raised over $50,000 to fund cancer research. Charlene enjoys working with people and helping them achieve their dreams and is eager to assist clients in buying or selling real estate in Southwest Florida.
