Charlene is a lifetime resident of Kenosha. She has gained a full understanding of the diverse needs of families in the community. Having navigated four children through the Kenosha school system, Char has served on several committees, extra-curricular and volunteer organizations. Char knows what your family is looking for in a home and she has the experience and expertise to seek out the home you desire. After her family’s own home downsizing, her passion for finding the right home for her family, combined with her love for real estate, home design, and affordability, lead her to a career in real estate; which allows her to help others to find a home which meets their needs and compliments their lifestyle. She understands what its like to stand in her clients shoes. Relocating several times within the Kenosha and Pleasant Prairie areas, buying and selling houses of her own along with her husband Jim, has afforded Char a sensitivity towards her clients journey, which can be attributed to the first-hand perspective she gained through her personal experience. With over 20 years of marketing and e-commerce experience, she continuously aspires to stay ahead of the game when it comes to market education and trends. She believes in working with a solid network of professionals to get the job done and feels very fortunate to be able to help others. Char is passionate about educating buyers and sellers on the real estate process and committed to educating, mentoring and supporting other entrepreneurs along the way.
