Charlene Williams offers her clients a unique perspective on buying and selling real estate with over 30 years of experience including work as a paralegal and mortgage loan officer. This inside knowledge helps Charlene expertly guide her clients through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. She truly has a passion for real estate and continues to explore not only the neighborhoods of Atlanta but also the surrounding communities outside of the perimeter.

An excellent negotiator, Charlene prides herself on being all-in on every transaction. She works tirelessly to help her clients achieve their goals, minimizing roadblocks and stress points along the way. While she has a special affinity for helping buyers find "the one," Charlene also loves the thrill of working with homeowners to successfully market and sell their homes.

A native of Pennsylvania, Charlene lived in Texas and Oklahoma before settling in Georgia 30 years ago and cannot imagine living anywhere else! In her spare time, Charlene enjoys working out, traveling to see her son (proudly serving in the U.S. Navy), spending time with her family and walking her dog, Colt.
