Before beginning my professional career, I thrived for 16 years at Brock Grain Conditioning, where I led a dedicated team that manufactured the control unit for an innovative grain drying tower. Collaborating with a talented group, I sharpened my leadership and teamwork abilities. In our work environment, safety was our top priority, emphasizing the importance of protecting the well-being of every team member. As an active participant in the safety committee and a first responder, I took personal responsibility for ensuring the safety of those around me while producing a superior quality product that was delivered on time.
