Charles Bennett

I lived in Western Michigan for the first 43 years of my life and moved to Greenville, South Carolina in 2017 with my wife and 3 children. We moved to the Upstate for my wife’s job, but mainly to escape the cold Michigan weather and enjoy the amazing culture, food, and weather that Greenville has to offer. We quickly fell in love with the area and now consider it our forever home.
I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart and best friend for nearly 30 years and we have 3 grown children who also call the Upstate home. I love boating, hunting, fishing, hiking, traveling, wine tasting, meeting new people, and hanging out with my family. We live in Greer and enjoy our lake house on Lake Keowee in Six Mile every chance we can.
Real Estate is my passion because it combines many of my passions including serving others, homes, family, meeting new people and helping others achieve their goals and dreams.
I went to college for business, worked in sales and then spent many years as a stay-at-home dad. I coached our kids’ teams, volunteered at our church, and managed all the household needs for many years. Prior to moving to South Carolina in 2017, I was a Realtor in Michigan. After moving here, I knew I needed to acclimate and learn the area before I could effectively serve others in buying/selling homes here. After 5 years of living here, I knew I was ready to dive back into my love of real estate and was confident that I could provide the area knowledge that my clients deserve.
I have a special interest in clients relocating to the area as well as lake homes, but I thoroughly enjoy all my customers and consider it a privilege to help serve the needs of buyers and sellers.
