Charles Brown

Charles has been licensed in Colorado since 1975. Prior to joining REMAX Properties, he was the broker/CEO of another large real estate firm in Colorado Springs for 23 years. A native of the Pikes Peak region, he has always sold real estate in the area. He has participated in QSC guarantees of service since 2004, with a rating of 5.0 out of 5.0.

As a lifelong resident of Colorado Springs, he understands the many neighborhoods within the city and seeks to match clients with the perfect home in a neighborhood that reflects their needs. He is committed to improving the quality of the community and has served on the Board of Directors of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, the local Multiple Listing Service, the Better Business Bureau, the BBB Foundation, the Rotary Club of Colorado Springs, and his church. Additionally, he has been a member of the Colorado Springs Economic Development Committee and the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife have resided in the Skyway, School District 12, and Cheyenne Mountain neighborhoods for many years. They have three adult children, four grandchildren, and a pug named Lucky. He enjoys gardening, traveling, and bird-watching.
