What can't I say about Charlie. He's one of the best realtor out there. We were fortunate enough to connect with Charlie and go all the way to closing our home. Charlie was incredibly patient and has wealth of knowledge to share about homes. Charlie went above and beyond to help us in any way he could, and was there any time you needed him.

Words cannot adequately express our gratitude towards Charles. During times of turmoil, uncertainty and rapid economic changes, the ability to make sound decisions becomes impaired. However, my partner and I believe that Charles was wonderful and pivotal in keeping us grounded. It is easy to become emotional when purchasing a house, and making rash decisions with hundreds of thousands of dollars, and ending up with buyer’s remorse and bitterness towards a poor decision. Charles was excellent in breaking things down in regards to how our mortgage would be split, in addition to suspected general upkeep of our new home. We were never pressured, rushed, or pushed into something we weren’t comfortable with. Charles was always on our team, which is something you really need in today’s market. We experienced hiccups with loan officers, banks, attorneys and contractors…it however it didn’t really bother us, Charles was there every step of the way to explain things, make phone calls and re-assure us that things were alright and that he is taking care of things. If you are a first time buyer, or even a veteran of re-estate, we could not recommend anyone better! Charles, if you are reading this, we want to say thank you for everything you have done for us, as we know it could not have been easy.

I never thought my husband and I would see the end of our torturous selling and buying of our old and new homes. It’s finally at an end and I am very pleased and happy to recommend Charles. I truly don’t think another realtor could have produced the results we now have. Charles’s knowledge of real estate and his grasp of market conditions is exceptional. Added to the unsettled mortgage rate market were complications from a family trust. Timing and coordination was very important to settle both deals. Charles’s patience and good humor went a long way in calming us. Thank you Charles!

Awsome Job!! I loved the way he worked, my husband was a little hesitant at first but once they met, it was other story. Charles fought very hard for us to have our first house, the effort he put into explaining the process step by step was exceptional. He has been tough and serious when negotiating in our favor. On a scale of 1 to 10, Charles is a 10. Having him as our real estate agent was a blessing and made the overall process flow very smoothly. An absolute professional at his field. Aside from being extremely knowledgable, Charles is very diligent and always extended sound advice. He always answers phone calls promptly and informed us of any and all changes immediately. Charles goes the extra mile to find out additional information and routinely followed up with attorneys. We felt like we were working with close family. Charlie is a good listener and makes an effort to understand what you need. He makes himself available when you need to see a property and communicates and keeps in touch with the sellers agent. He offers suggestions as to what could work for you and points out the condition, age, and how long items are expected to last. He is like having your own personal inspector. He was expedient presenting our offer to the seller, and when it was accepted he stayed on top of the loan process with his recommendations of the lawyer and bank. We plan to have Charlie for our sellers agent.

I first worked with Charlie back in 2012 when purchasing my first home in the Bronx. Charlie was very patient with my young family at the time and was very knowledgeable in his field. Throughout the years Charlie kept in touch with cards and when it was time to sell a few years later I called Charlie. He helped us again with the sale of our first home and helped us find our forever home. I am not an easy client I acknowledge that, I am not use to be letting the reins go so to speak but Charlie was great. He was always available and listened to me every step of the way. He has many years of experience so he has seen a lot and is a great guide through a stressful process. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking to buy or sell their home. From the moment we met with Charles, we knew we were in good hands. The level of professionalism and patience is above and beyond. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I had no knowledge of how the process of buying a home was. He took the time to explain to us in detail until we understood. It was a pleasure to work with Charlie. As a first time home purchaser, not knowing anything, he explained every step and questions I had. Referred really good lender and attorney as well. Even expedited some steps to make sure the closing is on time. He gave friendly tips for renovations too. Responses to all messages within couple hours at latest on any day. Charlie was such an amazing real estate agent! He was able to find many homes that fit our long list of requirements. And he was great in scheduling our viewings on the same day to save us time commuting from where we were moving. He was super helpful in finding out whatever information we needed about each property and went above and beyond in providing us any additional information he could find. He knew all the questions to ask and was very attentive to even the most minor detail. I always felt like our best interests were his top priority. Overall, he made us feel very comfortable throughout our buying process and I can't express enough how thankful we are to him.

This is my second round with Charlie as my realtor. I can honestly say that on my purchase ten plus years ago, he paid very careful attention to my needs then most recently on the sale of the same place he knocked it out of the park. I secured $20,000 more than the last two recently sold in my development. We got it done! Charlie was my realtor for the sale of my home in Sept2016. From the beginning of the process (which was May2016), Charlie was professional, informative and friendly. I felt that Charlie did a great job preparing for the sale, providing me with enough market comparisons such that I felt comfortable with our asking price for the sale. The photos were taken professionally and I believe that's a huge differentiating factor from other listings. My sale process had a few 'snags' with the buyers, but Charlie went above and beyond throughout that process, as well. All-in-all, I comfortably recommend Charlie as your local realtor.

From the initial apartment search stage all the way to closing, he helped us organize and focus on our wants and needs. As millennial first-time buyers, he offered a tremendous amount of support . He thoroughly explained what to expect from the bank, the lawyers and all other parties involved. He even assisted in completing and precisely reviewed our very complex co-op application package.

Real Estate Charlie was amazing! He was friendly, attentive to my needs, and very punctual. He had a meeting with us before the sale of my house and he was very patient in explaining the whole process. He broke down numbers with me, and helped me to make a lot of money on my house. He had wonderful suggestions to make the sale of my house smooth and quick. Additionally, he pushed for my house to be able to be sold in a very short amount of time. Within a week, I had two offers on my house and I was closed within two months. I would recommend Charlie one hundred percent. I am in the process of buying a new home and I plan on using Charlie again.
