Trey was very patient and polite and made us feel that we could comfortably ask him any question. He was very knowledgeable and gave us his honest opinion, which put us at ease with the home buying process. He was very responsive through all lines of communication; email, text, and phone calls. One word, AWESOME! Mr. Cooper is on point and is a beast when it comes to his job. Not one time, I had to worry or be concern whether or not he was going to do his job. Trey was a great help in finding us a new home to expand and grow in to! He listened to what we liked, what we wanted, and what we needed and shared homes that fit us properly. He even knew what we would be interested in and which ones would be a waste of all of our time and passed them by. He warned us of concerns he knew were involved with some homes so we would know what to expect and not to be surprised if his suspicions were true. He was patient, answered all of our questions and concerns fully and we closed on the 4th home we made an offer for (the 1st 3 we were outbid and they went for way over asking price, two of which were cash offers, completely out of everyone's hands on this market). Trey should be your first stop in the search for a sellers realtor. He made multiple promises along the way and kept every single one of them.

We first met Trey the first week of March and closed on April 28. We accepted an offer WELL over asking and Trey was instrumental in getting us the most money possible.

He was able to seamlessly navigate a myriad of issues that arose during our home selling process. From getting over 30 visitors in a 3 day span... Reviewing multiple offers .... Laying out our options as sellers in a bidding war... To accepting an offer.. dealing with the specific requirements of accepting a VA loan... Trey has every answer.

From the first day we met, Trey made it known that he would be there every step of the way with us. He was honest, gave us his unbiased opinion, and was always available whenever we needed him. He also was not afraid to "put the pressure on" when things were stalled or not going our way.
