Charles Day

Charles has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate across all asset classes, and an extensive knowledge of the Maine market. Prior to joining Porta & Company, he was a broker at CBRE | The Boulos Company, where he successfully advised and represented clients with their real estate needs, including tenant representation, buyer representation, lease negotiation, valuation and appraisal, and investment strategy. During his 14 years at CBRE | The Boulos Company, Day was responsible for more than $200 million dollars in transaction volume. A Bangor, Maine native and current Cumberland resident, Charles is active within the Maine business community. He holds an undergraduate degree in business management from Bryant University.
