Charles was an excellent realtor! I found him randomly when I was trying to get a fair market value on my mom's house last year. He responded quickly, and didn't pressure me into anything I wasn't ready for. When it was time to sell my mom's house, he did an excellent job and listened to my comments and concerns. I am my mom's POA, he navigated through that with few issues and was able to get our closing date changed when I complicated things with a vacation. When I didn't like a bid for a repair, he quickly came up with other options which worked out well. Excellent job, I would highly recommend him!

I can’t say enough good things about Charles! He was professional, honest, and an amazing resource to have throughout the home buying process. We head hunted Charles in spring 2021 based on these reviews. Thankfully they did not disappoint! Despite having two very difficult buyers (the first who backed out after wasting nearly a month) Charles was able to salvage the sale of our property as the housing season came to a close. As first time home sellers, Charles was VERY thorough and helped to educate us on the entire process. His communication was extremely prompt and detailed! I would definitely consider using his services again in the future.

First I’ll start off with I grew up in the Pittsburgh areas, but life transitions led to living multiple States away longer now than my time growing up there…….still have Steelers Blood though.

I recently had to randomly select a real estate agent in the area that could help us market and sell our house in a timely manner, that was related to an estate situation

I wanted a local representative that was familiar with the area, professional, responsive, and pleasant to deal with.

I found Charles on a random link tied to Zillow. So in looking at all of the profiles available to choose from, how do you really know which is the best option to go with?

They all had pictures of the reps, all had positive reviews, and all were working the same market area.

The one on the top of this list was a guy and had the most positive reviews, so go with that guy…..right?

Well maybe, but what about the next one? That one is a lady, looks professional and trustworthy, lots of reviews too…..hmmm

Well, I’ll check just one more…young guy, wears a suit (the other two did not), positive reviews too, what the heck, I’ll try him first.

AS LUCK WOULD HAVE IT……That WAS CHARLES.

Traded e-mails and come our first conversation turns out we grew up in the same town, had lots in common, we knew some of the same people and he even knew some of my family history.

Charles was kind, courteous, professional, responsive, willing to assist with the local needed action items as we were doing all long distance. We got the deal done in about 6 weeks from initial contact to closing.

On the personal side I feel like I have another Brother and if not that a new lifetime friend.

Wouldn’t you want to have a positive feeling like that at the end of any dealing?…….of course you would.

You would be doing yourself a favor but choosing Charles, otherwise you are wasting your time.

There aren’t enough words in the dictionary to express the magnitude of professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, depth of knowledge and experience, and dedication that Charles has in to his clients and to Real Estate!

Charles (Chaz/Chuck/Charles-in-charge) is an incredible agent and goes above and beyond (like way above and beyond) to get you into the home you need. We moved from 600 miles away, and with how insane the market is, actually coming out to see houses in person was not feasible. Charles went to every showing and walked us through on Facetime, and when our schedules didn't match, he took video and sent it to us later. He kept our spirits up after several of our bids were declined, took care of every possible detail and made us feel at ease from across the country. From our first showing, up to closing, and beyond, we have been taken care of with the utmost professionalism and care. Charles will find you your perfect house and he will do it with a good sense of humor and then he will recommend all the good local pizza places once you move in. Very important. 1000% recommended.

We would highly recommend Charles Dobish as a realtor. His professional expertise made the experience of selling my father's house painless and the results successful.

Charlie urged us to get the house on the market and quit procrastinating by pointing out the projects that needed to be addressed and those that could be left to the buyer. He had an assertive action plan if the house failed to sell quickly. The house sold in four days with multiple offers above asking price. Charlie analyzed the offers and gave us our best options to simplify our decision.

Charlie was highly responsive to all our questions and concerns and his advice on the inspections and closing made the process go very smoothly. My dad and the rest of the family were pleased that the sale was completed to our great satisfaction.

Charles was extremely professional during the entire process. He was there whenever we needed or wanted something. This was the first time my wife and I went through this process which made it a little intimidating and uncomfortable for us, until we met Charles. From that point we were able to relax and feel as though we had a guardian angel looking out for us.
