We had a great experience with Charlie, representing us as buyers and sellers. He efficiently struck a deal on the home we were purchasing and project managed the whole transaction to be sure all of the moving pieces were organized and completed. He also gave us great advice on getting our house ready to sell and, thanks to the work to get it ready, the great photos he arranged, and the impeccable listing, we had an accepted offer within days of listing.
