I have worked with many brokers in the Las Cruces area and Charles is officially my favorite! He is hard working, loyal to a fault, and quickly returns e-mails, calls, etc. and always puts my needs first. In my experience, so many brokers have been all about just "making the deal" and Charles is the exact opposite. He is personable and fun to work with. If you are tired of working with agents that seem to put their own interests first and find yourself dreading the process, start with Charles and avoid all the hassle.

I couldn't have asked for a better person to guide me through this process. I hadn't bought a home in over 16years.charlie guided me and answered my questions. He kept me informed. He continues to still be an advocate for me because the seller is taking his time finishing the repairs as listed in the contract upon purchasing the house. Charlie is very dedicated and I would recommend him to anyone.

Charlie Fowler is an outstanding realtor! My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with him over the last few months. He has put his heart and soul into finding our perfect home.

When we met Charlie, he made the effort to find out what were our dreams and goals regarding our future home. Next, he scoured the market for properties he felt would be a good match. He did extensive research using the latest resources available in his industry, and he made wise recommendations.
Based on the current climate of the local real estate market, Charlie knew it was imperative to move quickly and to be responsive, and he acted accordingly.

Ultimately, we made the decision to buy land and build our own home. As we began moving in that direction, Charlie pivoted, and turned his attention toward finding property that would meet our needs. He did more research, reached out to listing agents, and fostered relationships in the community. Even as it became more evident that we would not be purchasing an existing home, and he would not benefit as much monetarily, Charlie did not waver in his dedication to our cause.

In these times, it is encouraging and refreshing to find a businessman who maintains the traditional values of honesty, integrity, and diligence. We are grateful to Charlie for being exactly that person!

It has been a wonderful experience working with Charles Fowler! His expertise and knowledge in realty is priceless. He is attentive to details. He listened to what was important to my family and I while selling our home. He responded to questions very promptly. Charles helped make the process of selling our home so stress free.
