I absolutely love working with Charles Garrison. Such a great man! He's been with us every step of the way on our home search and we have been extremely pleased with all that he's done for us. In our case, we are shopping from out of state, which can be so difficult viewing homes via the internet, but Charles has been so great to offer virtual tours and to even schedule appointments for our local family members to view homes for us. He is honest and fair and I would recommend him to anyone shopping for a home or wanting to sell.

Very detailed with information about the homes I was looking at. Very easy to talk to and to ask questions. I felt like he was very honest with me and gave great feedback on the properties. Charles took time with me and very patient when everything was in limbo. Very encouraging and full of laughs. Made house shopping not so stressful and pressured.
