My husband and I purchased our first home in Chelmsford MA in 2021 and Charles was our agent. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him, he was patient, honest, and understood our situation well. Charles guided us through multiple offers (read bidding wars :)) and helped us find our home. We highly recommend working with Charles, you won't be disappointed !

The propertyI sold had been in our family for 40 years. Needless to say, the sale was extremely emotional. Charles was amazingly compassionate and understanding of this major life change.
I don’t think I could have dealt with everything that was involved, had it not been for his thorough execution of the sale. In addition to all this he has a charming and winning sense of humor! I have recommended him several friends and will continue to do so.
Charles is very knowledgeable and disarming, which made it a pleasure to deal with him. I always had a smile on my face after we spoke!
The selling of my house was the hardest thing I have done, in a very long time. Having Charles hold my hand through the entire process, was the most important thing that happened, because I needed it the most. Charles did everything perfectly with speed and accuracy. I am grateful for all his attention to detail, help and friendship.
