Charles is a long time friend, so naturally, he was great to work with. But sometimes they say not to mix friendship with business. But not in this case. He helped my parents sell their condo in no time, in just a few days, last month. And it was sold 20% more of the listed price! Charles and his team’s staging of my parents condo was well done. He is always professional, friendly, knowledgeable and answers all questions promptly. I definitely recommend Charles in selling and/or buying a home!

I was referred to Willis Phan by a friend and I am so grateful they did. He helped us close our house at a great price in a great location! He is very professional and knowledgable. As a first time homebuyer, Willis took the time to patiently explain each step of the home buying process in a clear and simple manner.

He was also very accommodating to our schedule when touring homes. Willis took the time to talk with us to better understand our preferences and goals to provide us with great recommendations of houses we would be interested in. He took into consideration our weight in location, school district, size, type, features, etc. To save us time and effort, he would suggest homes that fit at least most of our requirements and we ended up finding one that surprisingly checked all the boxes.

During the visits, he gave very honest opinions of what he thinks of the house, which areas would probably be worked on, general idea of the quality of materials, and overall pros and cons of the house. This greatly helped us in narrowing down our list without having to waste money on costly home inspections. It also goes to show that Willis genuinely wants to find a home we would love and feel comfortable in rather than trying to push us to purchase any home.

Willis was always very responsive and attentive with our needs. He would follow up with us on prospective homes and keep us up to date with the current progress, items remaining for us to complete, and communication with the sellers.

During the negotiation process, Willis gave great advice on the back and forth offers. We ended up offering 40k less than the sale price!

Willis isn't lacking in connections and resources either. He gave some great recommendations for home inspectors and mortgage lenders. We actually decided to go with the ones he suggested after comparing other companies due to better quality inspection reports and lower interest rates respectively.

Overall, working with Willis has been great and I highly recommend others reach out to him too!

I got in contact with Charles from The K Group last summer and he promptly got back to me to help advise me on my first home purchase. After bookmarking a few homes I wanted to look at, we spent several afternoons looking at most of them. I could tell Charles was an expert because he was able to identify if a house was being overvalued or properly priced. All in all, it only took a week or so to get a contract for a home, and within the next month or so I was ready to close for my first home purchase! Charles was with me every step of the way and his support was top-notch. I’ll continue to work with him and the K Group in the future!
