We got really lucky with Chad. When it was time to shop for our house we knew who to call (lucky for us he was also our landlord). He immediately helped us out and within a few days we were already looking at houses! His response time is impressive and always helpful as well. He was able to answer all our questions, gave us good advice and also lended his expertise which helped us with our process. Before you know it, we had our house. The process seemed to go smoothly perhaps almost too smoothly. We felt prepared, informed and we knew he had our backs as well. Very pleased with Chad and how much he has helped us. Couldn't ask for a better person to turn to.

Chad is an amazing realtor who helped us buy our first house! He's always easy to reach, incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, diligent with the paperwork, and notices every detail of each of the houses we toured. Can't recommend working with him enough

Chad was fantastic to work with. He was extremely prompt and responsive. He kept in close contact throughout the process of the search and once we decided to construct offers he was very shrewd in his negotiation.

Obviously possessing expertise through years of crafting transactions, Chad exhibited a great gut feel for what the sellers wanted in order to secure my purchase. It seems Chad has a lot of contacts throughout the real estate community as he was very familiar with many seller's agents we encountered.

I would highly recommend working with Chad. His no nonsense approach, polished professionalism, and attention to detail was truly a breath of fresh air.

If you work with Chad you will not be disappointed.
