About Charles

Chip began his real estate career in Michigan in 2008, later joining Five Star Cascade in 2020. With years of providing a superior level of personalized customer service, he knows the key to success is open, honest communication. He carefully listens to his client's needs to understand what it is they want to accomplish, offering his professional guidance to formulate solutions to fit each client's desired goal.

Originally from Grand Rapids, MI, Chip's first career was owner of a retail floor covering store. During these years of hands-on installation, sales and home improvement projects, Chip gained valuable knowledge regarding structural issues as well as design.

After years of managing rental properties and flipping homes in the area, the continued focus on real estate seemed like a very good fit so in 2016 he embraced the challenge and added "Realtor" to his resume. With all of this experience comes many helpful contacts from builders, contractors and painters to bankers, title companies and insurance agents.

Chip has always had a passion for all aspects of real estate and enjoys sharing his knowledge of the local market. "Buying a home is one of the most important investment you will ever make" and Chip sums up that his personal mission throughout the process is "to help people realize their dreams."

"My goal is simply to provide the best personalized service whether my clients are buying or selling a home" says Chip. To do so, he treats every client as though they were his only client. He provides open communication throughout the buying or selling transaction. He oversees the details, anticipates any potential problems before they arise and makes sure each transaction runs as smoothly as possible with the least amount of stress for all parties involved.

Chip takes pride in the Forest Hills/Cascade/Ada community he lives in. When not working on real estate, Chip enjoys spending time at home with family, cooking, reading and going to his children's sports activities.
