About Charles

Chaz was born and raised in Northeast Florida. He moved to Saint Augustine in 2009 where he attended Flagler College. He quickly fell in love with the city of Saint Augustine, drawn to the abundance of history, beach life, and southern charm. While at Flagler, he also met the love of his life, Jovie. After several years of friendship and dating, they married. Jovie's family owns and operates Lighthouse Realty Associates Inc, and Chaz is following in their footsteps.

His main goal is to treat every customer like family. He and the offices consistently find ways to go above and beyond for their customers, and he always looks forward to providing this service every day. When he is not working, he can be found with his wife Jovie, their two horses Levi and Lacy, and of course their dog AXL. If he is not with the family, you can usually catch him on a bike ride with his father.
