Professional Bio
Charlie is a REALTOR® with Fieldstone Real Estate Specialists, licensed in the state of
Minnesota and known for going above and beyond for every client he serves.
Before entering real estate, Charlie spent 22 years in bakery manufacturing — a career that
instilled the discipline, work ethic, and attention to detail he now brings to every transaction.
In 2016, in what he jokingly calls his “mid-life crisis,” he made the leap into real estate. It’s a
decision he’s never regretted: the career has proven every bit as rewarding as he hoped,
built on a simple promise to put his clients first.
Charlie backs that promise with serious credentials, holding NAR’s e-PRO®, ABR, and PSA
designations, and a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) certification. He is also a C2EX
Endorsed REALTOR® and serves as the C2EX Ambassador for the State of Minnesota — a
role that reflects his commitment to the highest standards of professionalism in the
industry.
His leadership extends well beyond his own client work. Locally, he serves on the Board of
Directors and Community Engagement Committee of the St. Paul Area Association of
REALTORS® (SPAAR), chaired the Metro YPN in 2024, and completed SPAAR’s leadership
training program. He will serve as Treasurer on the 2025 SPAAR Leadership Team. At the
state level, he serves on the MN Realtors Board of Directors and its Member Engagement,
Strategic Planning, Professional Standards, and Professional Development committees.
Nationally, he serves on NAR’s Research Committee and previously served on its Safety
Advisory Committee.
His dedication to the profession and his community was recognized in 2024, when he
received SPAAR’s William Tschohl/James Stanton Distinguished Service Award. He is also a
three-time recipient of the Dakota County Tribune’s “Best of” Real Estate Agent award for
Farmington and Rosemount.
Outside of work, Charlie is a proud husband and father of two young men. A former NASM
Personal Trainer, he stays active and gives back by teaching fitness classes at assisted
living facilities. When he’s not working out or working with clients, he can be found golfing
or cheering on Minnesota’s teams — the Twins, Wild, and Vikings — through their every high
and low.
