Charlie listed my property in a very challenging time during COVID-19, when none of us was able to be local to take care of anything with the property. Not only did he immediately secure multiple offers upon listing the property, he helped us select the most qualified one, demonstrating his exceptional experience and judgement. He handled everything from A-Z, including some repair work to preempt any problems during inspection and appraisal. As we neared closing, he took the initiate to help remove our furniture and personal items to a storage unit, alleviating our headache of not being local. He showed both kindness and willingness to help, and his great skills in the business. Charlie is the best realtor I have worked with after having bought and sold a dozen properties in my lifetime! Highly recommend!
