Charlie and Crystal are amazing! Charlie listed my home a few years ago and had numerous offers within a couple of weeks. He even went out of his way to get it listed the day before his family vacation. Not only did I receive the highest and best offer but the service provided was untouchable to my previous 20 years of buying and selling.

I refer all my family and friends to Charlie and Crystal because of the 5 star service I was provided and every individual I have sent their way has called me to thank me.

His team doesn't stop once you reach a closing. I have called Charlie for advice over the years for his expertise in his industry and he always has answered my call or called back immediately. Imagine that. "Free" expert advice even after you have closed.

If you are here reading this, thinking about using Charlie and Crystal, to buy or sell your home, stop thinking about it. They are by far, hands down, the most caring, knowledgeable, positive realtors out their. They went above and beyond selling my home (the second one they have sold), working with contractors whilst I was out of state, representing me to make sure the work was done correctly. I truly believe that without them both, I would have had to settle for much less and many more sleepless nights. Charlie follows up daily until all is resolved quickly. After closing, we are stuck trying to get back escrowed funds from title company. A little over a year ago I hired Charlie and Crystal Lutz to sell my mothers home. I was asking about $45000 over comps in the Warren area. My asking price was $225k comps were in the high 170s to low 180s. They had one open house and three private showings. That first weekend I got full asking price and closed in roughly 30 days. They are amazing, and a solid Faith family.... Anyone selling a house should sign with them they will do you proud.

Charlie Lutz is amazing! He's so responsive and got me the houses I bid on! He took me to look at like a million houses until I finally found the house I loved. We almost broke Chase Bank's record for fastest closing. Missed it because an admin at the bank waited until after lunch to send me paperwork. My mortgage guy loved working with him. He was very timely in answering our calls, emails, and texts. He even contacted the sellers agent to get the ball rolling quicker for us.
