Charles Nehme came into the real estate business from the hospitality industry, where customer service is of utmost importance for client satisfaction and retention. With over three decades of experience, Charles has developed the unique ability to work with a diverse clientele and has overseen properties in many different parts of the country. He applies these skills to home buyers and sellers alike, thereby exceeding their expectations in the process. As the president and CEO of his own hotel management company, Charles was also involved in the development of new properties and in the renovations of commercial real estate.

Charles holds a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management from Cornell University. His experience in this area gives him the understanding of the importance of an investment - particularly that a home, in most cases, is a family’s or person’s largest and most valuable investment.

Charles keeps this in mind as he negotiates on behalf of home buyers and sellers for the protection of their assets. In the hospitality industry, management personnel are often on the move from one property to another, and thus, from one city to another.
