Charlie discovered his passion for real estate at a young age, and attending open houses with his parents was often the highlight of weekends. Born the son of a construction executive and a retail manager, Charlie's eye for detail is deeply ingrained and sets him apart as a professional house hunter.
Fast forward to the 2010s, Charlie's community activism, knowledge of Chicago, and love of vernacular architecture propelled him into making his childhood passion a career. Having freelanced in the local music and marketing scenes, Charlie understands the alternative incomes that many of our local artists and entrepreneurs have. His keen eye for both the potential of a home and of an individual makes him a valuable asset to first-time buyers navigating unfamiliar waters.
A true urbanist and city lover, Charlie has lived in neighborhoods all over Chicago including Printers Row, Little Italy, Logan Square, and Humboldt Park. As a proud owner of a classic two-flat greystone, he understands the 'Chicago way' of building wealth through home ownership, particularly with the city's iconic multi-unit buildings. Charlie currently lives in East Garfield Park with his partner Cory and two cats, Lincoln and Logan.
Charlie is a proud graduate of Lincoln College and Columbia College Chicago.
