Charles Rupert

Hello, my name is Charles Rupert. I am a licensed ReMax Real Estate Agent. Born and raised in western Pennsylvania (Ford City,) I am committed to serving the local regions with business excellence and integrity. My family moved to the community of New Castle in 2008 and are proud to call this 'our home.' I believe that this city is in the process of reformation.
I see new neighborhoods, new commerce, and a new infrastructure being built. Lawrence County will be an area sought out because of our clean and peaceful neighborhoods and prosperous marketplace.
I am serving the Lawrence County region, being actively involved in the Christian Chamber of Commerce since its inception in 2016.
I have a Business Administration and Finance degree from Point Park University in Pittsburgh. I received a Masters Degree in Accounting and Finance from Strayer University, Washington, DC.
I am active in local communities through participation and engagement in Christian ministries through pastoring, writing and teaching. I have been serving in Jubilee Ministries International City Church since 2008.
