Meeting Charles about 2 years ago happened when I saw a home for sale online. I inquired about it and he responded in a very timely manner. We, at the time, were not ready to buy, but he kept me in the loop for 2 years and was very patient with our time frame and requirements. He never hesitated to take the time to show the homes we wanted to see. He was pleasant to work with and were happy he represented us. We would recommend Charles to anyone looking for their home. Charles Ryan is very experienced in the Murrieta and Temecula markets. He helped us find the best property in what we were looking for and it pretty much matched everything on our list! We were looking for a very high end property and he found us many examples of what we were thinking. Charles is GREAT! I couldn't ask for a better person to represent us during our home purchase. He was patient, courteous, professional, responsive, punctual, and explained everything to us every step of the way. He has a great sense of humor and was very unlike any realtor I've ever dealt with. Rather than trying to gloss over a home's imperfections and push us to buy something we don't really want (or can't afford), he pointed out the imperfections, showed us homes within our budget, and was incredibly patient with us when it came time to put in that offer.
