I am not only highly likely to recommend Charles, I will and do recommend him. When we sold our house the first two offers fell through due to errors in the process. Charles never got discouraged or slowed down in his efforts to get our house sold. I had a broken hip at the time. The home inspection prompted by the buyer required that the roof be cleaned and moss removed. I couldn't do it because of my hip and so Charles cleaned the roof and applied moss remover to it. The buyers lived in Hawaii and had many concerns about the HOA requirements and how the septic was handled. Charles did all the research to answer their concerns.
