Charles St. Onge

The owner and president of St. Onge Management & Exchange Corporation, Charles L. St. Onge, is strongly motivated to assist potential and actual clients in various assessments of real estate investments, exchanges, management, liquidations and development opportunities to accomplish their commercial real estate goals.

His business experience is accentuated by his membership with the American Institute of Real Estate Exchanges, the St. Louis Association of Realtors, the Commercial Information Exchange and is a member of the Washington Chamber of Commerce. He holds two prestigious designations, Certified Exchange Advisor (CEA) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Less than 5% of Commercial brokers throughout the United States hold the designation of CCIM. In 1998, Charles was awarded “CCIM of the Year” in the St. Louis area for his excellence in service to the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Charles is a devout Christian and family man and holds to the highest morals and ethics within his business practices.
