Charles Street

Charles has a diverse background in real estate sales and development. He brings over 40 years of real estate experience to the team. Charles is SRES (senior real estate specialist) certified; he is a home renovation and flipping expert and possesses a strong, working knowledge of design and home staging.

He has expertise representing sellers and buyers in the following: short sales, commercial property, single-family residences, mobile home parks & and investment properties. He has Master's Degree in Education and a life-long teaching credential from San Diego State University.
?Prior to retiring from San Diego City School District, Charles taught Special Education at elementary and high school levels.
His interests include running, playing a mean game of cut-throat tennis with friends and family, and traveling.
