Charles Taxman

Charlie joined Millco in November of 2022. As an Associate, Charlie is responsible for sourcing new deals, running the development process and managing existing properties in the Millco portfolio. Prior to Millco, Charlie worked at First Industrial, a publicly traded REIT, where he underwrote the development, acquisition and disposition of industrial real estate assets. Charlie graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2019, with a major in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. Charlie is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
