Charlie is the consummate real estate professional. He listened to what we were looking for, and then accurately predicted the property we would buy! His knowledge of real estate in the area is impressive, and though he showed us many properties, we ended up purchasing the house that he originally thought we would most enjoy. He also helped with the closing, procuring insurance, and working with the contractor to finish up the renovations. His new firm offers an impressive array of services to help any buyer, and he personally offers assistance above and beyond the services I have ever seen from any previous realtor (and I have used plenty over the years.)
