Just purchased a home with Charles and I'm so grateful for the experience. From our first meeting he was professional, engaged and knowledgeable, offering helpful tips as to how I could best prepare for the home-buying experience and giving me insight into the timeline.

He was clearly internalizing what I wanted, because the first place he showed me was my dream home. When FOMO made me spend too much time looking for other options and someone else put an offer down, he was able to offer a solution: the same builder was working on a couple other homes in the same neighborhood, and I could have an offer ready to go as soon as they hit the market if I was willing to wait about a month.

He wouldn't have known that if he hadn't taken the time to establish good working relationships in the field. In the meantime, he was patient enough to show me several other options, going over pros and cons of each home and adding value with knowledge he obtained in his previous life as a property manager.

I ended up with a beautiful home in a really sparse pandemic market, and Charles has continued to be responsive as I navigate challenges with the builders, random questions about references for contractors, etc. I have referred him to several friends already. Great working with you, thanks again for your help!

After going through the process twice I can honestly say Charles customer service was stellar. I had a seamless and absolute amazing experience working with him and moving forward he is certainly my top realtor of choice. His knowledge of the market was invaluable and helped me through the process of purchasing and investment property. I live in the NYC area so it was hard for me to come back and forth but Charles kept the communication lines opened and made me feel like a top priority. During our first in-person meeting we discussed the entire buying process and he also provided some keep tips for me to evaluate. I appreciated how up front and efficient he was during that initial meeting and we were able to close on a property within the same week. What really made the difference for me was even after the closing process Charles still kept in contact sending contractor referrals and property managers in the area. You want a realtor that isn't just about making a sale, but someone who is trustworthy and dedicated to you as a client! Can’t thank him enough for his help throughout the process and even his guidance after.

Charles is truly the next generation of real estate brokers. He is a unique combination of analytical skills, people skills and mastery of digital technology.

We first tried a broker with 30+ years of experience but found that he just couldn’t keep up. DC is a very dynamic market where a “new” market is evolving every 3-6 months. What happened in 1990 or 2000 or even 2015 has little relevance to today’s market.

Charles relied on real-time, state-of-the-art, data-driven market intelligence to precisely price our property to generate maximum interest from multiple buyers.

In this same time-frame, Charles used state-of-the-art digital media tools and to create and manage a nation-wide competitive bidding process between prospective buyers.

Working with Charles was a great experience. He helped me purchase my 3rd home, so this is not my first time working with a realtor. He really did his due diligence, and MOST IMPORTANTLY- never made me feel rushed. Some realtors try to get you to buy anything to get to closing... not Charles. He worked with me for 6 months until I found the right home, and stayed engaged every step of the way. He was very understanding if there was anything I felt uncomfortable about, and if he didn't have the answer at that time, he always found it and got back to me. I definitely plan to work with Charles in the future, and suggest you do too.
