About Charles

Born in the foothills of Alameda County, Charles was educated in Palo Alto and at the University of California at Santa Barbara. In 1987, he purchased his present home in the stunning foothills of El Dorado, where he currently lives with immediate family.

After discovering his passion and interest for all things about real estate, Charles received his California Salesperson’s license in 1991 and has been continuously involved in the tri-county realty market ever since. Many of Charles’s original associates are still working with him today in the close-knit Realtor community, enjoying a respect and deep friendship that has developed over decades - and hundreds of mutual transactions - that have benefited countless RE/MAX Gold clients.

In over 30 years in the Real Estate industry, Charles has accumulated experience in residential, commercial, rehabs, subdivisions and leasing of distinctive properties and even performed some of the first short sales ever closed in El Dorado County.
