Charles Wilson

Charles is a native Washingtonian, a second-generation real estate professional, and previously the co-owner of an award winning brokerage serving Montgomery County, Maryland for 25 years. It is this experience that give his Sellers the confidence that their home is positioned to sell at the best prices; and that allow Buyers to find the perfect home in the perfect community. After graduating from University of MD. with a BA in theater, Charles established a successful advertising agency in New York City. It was his love of design and promotion that brought him fully back into real estate sales. After eight (8) years in the rough and tumble world of New York real estate, Chuck returned to the Washington area soon to establish his own brokerage. He is currently the president of a commercial building association and is licensed in Maryland, Washington, DC and Virginia. When not helping his clients, Chuck is the Chief Operating Officer of The Ethel Project. The Ethel Project is a nationally recognized non-profit that keeps seniors connected to the world at large by providing new and used iPads. Chuck also enjoys sailing on the Chesapeake and cooking gourmet meals.
