Charley Duggan

Mr. Duggan has 40 years experience dealing with all facets of commercial real estate from site selection and acquisition, through construction, management and finance. graduated in 1981 from the Haslam School of Business Administration at the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Sciences finance degree in Real Estate & Urban Development. He has worked with the Tennessee Dept. of Transportation Right of Way Acquisition Division in the appraisal of right-of-way condemnation tracts. He was also an officer with publicly-traded (TSE) Canadian development firm Health Development Services. Mr. Duggan is a 29-year member of the International Association of Assessment Officials (IAAO) and a member of IPT, the Institute for Property Taxation. Mr. Duggan has been a speaker at various industry forums, including the Urban Land Institute.
