Charlice Wehbe

With five years in property management, Charlice has successfully managed a mixed portfolio of residential, commercial, and land properties. She also gained valuable project management experience within her family’s business, contributing to the commercial development of various retail and C-store sites in the central Texas area. In 2024, Charlice transitioned to the transaction side of real estate, earning her real estate license with the encouragement and mentorship of several respected members in the community. As part of this new chapter, she joins the industry with a robust network of investors and developers, further enhancing her ability to connect clients with valuable opportunities.

As a member of the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR), Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Charlice is dedicated to helping clients navigate property investments with professionalism and ease.
