A professional, plain and simple. After the passing of our father, Charlie helped us sell the family home. He did a great job. He suggested the right listing price, advised us what to do to get it ready for sale, and helped us close the transaction (despite the buyers' loan company repeatedly dropping the ball to the extent that we were ready to move on to a new buyer, Charlie's calm and steady hand guiding us to be patient helped close the deal). The sale was quick, clean, and Charlie kept us updated and gave us valuable feedback from the open houses he personally conducted.

Definitely, include him in the realtor's you interview. (We interviewed 5 before we decided on Charlie).

Charlie is a wonderful realtor! It was such a pleasure to work with him. He helped us with a tricky long distance move from California to Illinois. Even with our time constraints, Charlie showed us so many options and helped us find the perfect home in Aurora. One of his best qualities was his constant communication with us. We never had to wonder or worry about what was happening with our buying/closing process. He informed us about the area and spent extra time telling us about places of interest and history. He’s so personable, we felt like we already had a friend when we moved here! We whole-heartedly recommend Charlie Doss.
