If you are buying or selling, you want to be in Charlie's hands. He is always available and always thinking about what you are looking to buy. We looked at house after house, and Charlie never tired. Every time we said not this one, we woke up the next morning to another opportunity he had found for us. And Charlie always had the time for showings, even though we were looking for homes miles away from where he works and lives. There are few things worse that bad service when you are about to put serious money down and take out a 30 year mortgage. Do yourself a favor and eliminate the possibility of a bad experience.
