Charlie Malmberg

Charlie, a San Antonio native, earned an honor`s degree from Baylor University and a Master`s degree in Physics from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to founding Valcor, Charlie worked as a Financial Analyst at Trinity Real Estate Finance in their San Antonio office. While at Trinity, Charlie created financial valuation models, completed lease abstracts, analyzed individual and corporate financial statements, performed property inspections, and coordinated with loan processing. Charlie assisted in underwriting more than $1 billion in commercial assets and assisted in closing more than $250 million in commercial assets.

Charlie is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Real Estate Council of San Antonio (RECSA), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), is a CCIM, and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM). Charlie also served on the Real Estate Council of San Antonio Green Team, and regularly teaches classes at his church.

Charlie is an avid Spurs fan, enjoys sports and outdoors, and spending time with his wife Megan and three children Kenna, Cade, and Clare.
