When they shook hands to form the company over six decades ago, Bill Patterson and Charlie Schwartz were two dedicated salesmen who sought to create a standard of excellence in Delaware real estate. A new generation now proudly carries on the vision of its founders but for Charlie Schwartz, II it is also a family tradition. During his childhood, Charlie accompanied his father on Saturday tours, helped him put up signs, and watched as his father made personal connections with landowners and homeowners. This early exposure to the business combined with his education and experience has cultivated a level of understanding and experience that is unrivaled in Delaware and its surrounding real estate markets.

Charlie believes that his personal success at selling, as well as the success of his company, is due to upholding the philosophy set forth by his father and his associates.
