Charlie Sirianni

Charlie Sirianni is a Managing Broker with Windermere Real Estate. He and his wife and partner Erin work together as a leading residential real estate team and serve clients throughout the greater Seattle area, including Seattle, Mercer Island, Bellevue, Sammamish, Issaquah, and beyond.

Charlie was a real estate attorney before following his longtime passion for residential real estate. With over 15 years of experience guiding clients through important real estate transactions, his negotiation skills and contract expertise are unmatched. He demonstrates extraordinary commitment in pursuing every client’s real estate goals and is known for his in-depth market knowledge, friendly, engaging style, and sound guidance toward ensuring a smooth, successful transaction.

Raised on Mercer Island, Charlie graduated from O’Dea High School, and received his undergraduate degree from St. Olaf College and his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He began his career at a prominent international law firm, working in the Dallas and New York offices. Returning home to the Seattle area, Charlie joined and became a partner at a well-respected Seattle law firm, before his move into real estate.

When not working, you will likely find Charlie at the ball fields with his two boys or enjoying a boat ride on Lake Washington with his family.
