As a San Diego resident who has lived and worked along the coast from Downtown San Diego to Carlsbad for the past 30 years, I have developed a thorough knowledge of the area, enhancing my ability to help you find your new home and your new community within San Diego County. I have been part of organizing Community Garage Sales, Summer Serenade Concerts in the Park in Carmel Valley and I was actively involved in my daughters' schools within the Del Mar Union School District, La Jolla and Coronado.

Charlotta Thompson relocated to San Diego from Sweden in 1988 to attend San Diego State University as an International Student where she earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing. Charlotta has personal experience in buying and selling several of her own residences, is a real estate investor herself, and has renovated and restored historical homes. As the only daughter of a former professional soccer player turned sports agent, Charlotta learned and acquired strong negotiating skills at a very early age sitting in on countless meetings with her father who traveled for business around the globe many times bringing family with him. Prior to her entry into the real estate industry, she worked as a Marketing Director and Research Analyst for several of San Diego's leading television stations. The experience allowed Thompson to refine her knowledge of media placement, advertising, graphic design and market analysis. By leveraging these skills into her career in residential sales, she has frequently been recognized for her sales production. "My goal is to provide the type of service that I would expect to receive from a Realtor," notes Thompson, "so I constantly evaluate the state of the local housing market and the condition of the national economy. This ensures that I can provide my buyers and sellers with valuable guidance and pertinent information about every aspect of their transaction.

A passion for architecture, fine arts, interior design, contemporary dance, ballet, music and travel has shaped Thompson's life and career. She is fluent in Swedish and English; additionally she has a working knowledge of French and German.
