We've sold/purchased two houses with her and throughout the process each time she was very attentive to every detail, making sure that our interests were protected. For both transactions, she ably negotiated between both parties to finalize contracts and demonstrated a thorough understanding of all that was needed to finalize the deal. She was always available when needed to answer questions and would be able to answer any question with an accurate answer and with a lot of detail. Charlotte has a lot of knowledge about the area. Bought a home in 2013. My experience buying a house with Charlotte was outstanding. My husband was away in the military at the time, and she helped me pick out our first home. The home I decided on was a foreclosure and Charlotte was able to tell me everything the lender was going to require to be fixed in order for the purchase to go through. She set me up with a lender that got us through the whole process quickly and kept it all pretty painless. Once things got rolling, she also helped me find a contractor to get the work done at a very reasonable price. After all was said and done, I was very pleased with Charlotte, her knowledge of the area and the work required and the ability to get me in contact with some great people to keep everything flowing smoothly.
